Dr. Otto Stevens is a retired dentist who now gives amazing amounts of time and talent to local photo clubs and this Chapter. In addition to taking on the duties of Secretary, Otto perennially leads photography field trips throughout the northwest. |

| Our Chapter Treasurer, Jerry Biggs, is an outstanding photographer who gives selflessly of his time. He has been a dedicated volunteer for decades and his photographic work is beautiful...and he drives from Pullman to Spokane to make it to meetings. |

Seminar Co-Chair Bob Griffith is one of the area's top photographers, amateur or professional. he is well known at local clubs and PSA for his amazing bird photoraphy. A very giving person, Bob is also a popular photo mentor to innumerable photographers. |
John Dean
| The second member of the Spring Seminar Co-Chair team is John Dean, who has a wonderfully long history of volunteerism in Spokane and international amateur photographic circles: over 50 years with the Spokane Valley Camera Club and 30 with PSA. |

| Steve Shining APSA is an avid Nature and Wildlife photographer. He has been a member of the Photographic Society of America since 1984, and also a member of the Spokane Camera Club and the Spokane Valley Camera Club, competing in both clubs monthly competition. He has a absolute passion for the outdoors and nature, and loves photographing anything wild, from Waterfalls to Wildflowers. |
